Coimbatore: An open recruitment rally will be conducted at Air Force Station Sulur for the position of  airman (male candidates only) in Group ‘X’ trades on 23 Jan 2009.  The eligibility criteria and educational qualification are as follows:-

Eligibility Criteria

(a)    The above recruitment rally is open exclusively for the candidates of Tamilnadu and Pudducherry.

(b)    Son of service personnel at any Air Force Unit located at Tamilnadu and Pudducherry are also eligible for the above recruitment rally.

(c)    Should be born between 01 Jan 88 to 31 Mar 92.

Educational Qualification

Should have passed Intermediate/10+2 or equivalent with Maths and Physics with a minimum of 50% marks in overall aggregate or should have passed a three year diploma course in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/Information Technology with at least 50% marks from a Govt. recognized Polytechnic Institutions.
