Coimbatore: Amrita Schools of Engineering has invited applications for the Amrita engineering entrance examination to be held on April 19, 2009 across the country for admission to it's B.Tech. programmes conducted at it's colleges at Amritapuri (Kollam), Bangalore and Coimbatore.

The elgibility for application are - 
- Applicants should have passed Plus-Two or equivalent examination with at least 60 per cent marks each in mathematics, physics and chemistry.
 - Applicants should have been born on or after July 1, 1988.

Sale of the application forms has already starteed from January 5, 2009 through select branches of Dhanalekshmi Bank and Axis Bank. Cost of application form is Rs.850. The last date is March 16, 2009.
